multi-colored mini tomatoes/halved
small red onion, thinly sliced
red apples, thinly sliced
fresh minced ginger

How To Make
Cook quinoa pasta per package instructions, drain, set aside
Prepared remaining ingredients, add to pasta, garnish with flat leaf parsley
