Just experimenting with raw foods and came up with this deliciously healthy dish!! I have to admit, I'm rarely paying attention measurements when 'creating', so measurements shown are rough estimates.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups rainbow spiral quinoa
- 10-12 - multi-colored mini tomatoes/halved
- 1/4 - small red onion, thinly sliced
- 1-2 - red apples, thinly sliced
- pinch - dill seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh minced ginger
- 1-2 tablespoon italian dressing
- 1 cup raw garlic almond mayo
- to taste - sea salt
- to taste - cracked pepper
