Ingredients
- 1 box quinoa, cooked
- 1 bunch cilantro, fresh chopped
- 1 bunch green oniion chopped
- 3 cloves garlic
- 2 medium tomatoes diced
- 1 large cucumber diced
- 1 medium red onion chopped
- 1 medium red pepper chopped
- DRESSING
- 2 medium limes juiced about 1/4 cup
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon celery seed
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
How To Make quinoa salad

Step 1cook quinoa, drain and cool.

Step 2Add cilantro, green onions, red onion, garlic, and red pepper in a food processor. Pulse until chopped fine but not liquid.

Step 3Add mixture to quinoa, and then stir in tomato and cucumber.

Step 4Mix ingredients for dressing together. Pour over quinoa and refrigerate until cold.
