Ingredients

  • 2 - 10-oz. pkg. frozen cauliflower, cooked and diced
  • 2 stalks celery, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 - green pepper, finely diced
  • 4 ounces jar pimentos, drained, rinsed and diced
  • 3 tablespoons chopped parsley
  • 3 tablespoons vinegar
  • 4 teaspoons sugar
  • 3 tablespoons prepared mustard

How To Make patio salad

  • Step 1
    Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl; toss lightly. Chill for at least 1 hour. Serve on lettuce leaves; garnish with parsley. Makes 6 servings.
