- 2 - 10-oz. pkg. frozen cauliflower, cooked and diced
- 2 stalks celery, thinly sliced
- 1/2 - green pepper, finely diced
- 4 ounces jar pimentos, drained, rinsed and diced
- 3 tablespoons chopped parsley
- 3 tablespoons vinegar
- 4 teaspoons sugar
- 3 tablespoons prepared mustard
How To Make patio salad

Step 1Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl; toss lightly. Chill for at least 1 hour. Serve on lettuce leaves; garnish with parsley. Makes 6 servings.
