I am always asked to bring this to our family functions, definitely a hit and is super easy!

Ingredients

  • SALAD MIX
  • 16 ounces bag cole slaw mix (shredded cabbage and carrots)
  • 1 small bag slivered almonds (about 1/3 cup)
  • 2 packages uncooked ramen noodles, oriental flavor
  • 1 bunch green onions
  • 1/3 cup sunflower seeds
  • DRESSING MIX
  • 2 tablespoons white vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 package seasoniing mix from ramen noodles
  • 1/4 cup sesame oil
  • 1/4 cup olive oil

How To Make asian salad

  • Step 1
    In a small skillet over low heat, toast the almonds until lightly browned. Let cook completely.
  • Step 2
    Break apart ramen noodles into a large bowl. Slice green onions and add. Add the remaining salad ingredients, including the toasted almonds.
  • Step 3
    Mix all the dressing ingredients until well combined. Pour over salad and refrigerate for an hour. Stir well before serving.
