SALAD MIX

16 oz
bag cole slaw mix (shredded cabbage and carrots)
1 small bag(s)
slivered almonds (about 1/3 cup)
2 pkg
uncooked ramen noodles, oriental flavor
1 bunch
green onions
1/3 c
sunflower seeds

DRESSING MIX

2 Tbsp
white vinegar
2 Tbsp
sugar
1 pkg
seasoniing mix from ramen noodles
1/4 c
sesame oil
1/4 c
olive oil

How to Make Oriental salad

Step-by-Step

  • 1In a small skillet over low heat, toast the almonds until lightly browned. Let cook completely.
  • 2Break apart ramen noodles into a large bowl. Slice green onions and add. Add the remaining salad ingredients, including the toasted almonds.
  • 3Mix all the dressing ingredients until well combined. Pour over salad and refrigerate for an hour. Stir well before serving.
