This is a simple family favorite! We have it almost every Holiday, and my son acts like a two year old if he doesn't get it.

  • 2 bunch
  • 1 lb
  • 1 lb
    sharp cheddar cheese (shredded)
  • 1 large
    onion (chopped)
  • 2 c
    miracle whip
  • 1/2 c
    apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 c

How to Make Mom's Broccoli Salad


  1. Pan Fry the Bacon and set aside to cool
  2. Cut Broccoli into florets and wash well.
  3. Chop onions.
  4. Cheddar Cheese is better if freshly shredded
  5. in a bowl mix together Miracle Whip, Vinegar and Sugar
  6. Mix Everything together in a Large bowl. Let chill or serve. (I like it better when everything has sat for 30 mins to and hour)
