This is a simple family favorite! We have it almost every Holiday, and my son acts like a two year old if he doesn't get it.

Makes a Large bowl
Ingredients
- 2 bunches broccoli
- 1 pound bacon
- 1 pound sharp cheddar cheese (shredded)
- 1 large onion (chopped)
- 2 cups miracle whip
- 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup sugar
How To Make mom's broccoli salad

Step 1Pan Fry the Bacon and set aside to cool

Step 2Cut Broccoli into florets and wash well.

Step 3Chop onions.

Step 4Cheddar Cheese is better if freshly shredded

Step 5in a bowl mix together Miracle Whip, Vinegar and Sugar

Step 6Mix Everything together in a Large bowl. Let chill or serve. (I like it better when everything has sat for 30 mins to and hour)
