kicked-up egg salad
I found a new product, Hormel real bacon bits with jalapeño added. Just used them in egg salad, and they are really good! Here is the recipe I used.

Ingredients
- 2 large eggs, hard cooked
- 3 tablespoons duke's mayonnaise
- 1/2 teaspoon yellow mustard
- 1 tablespoon chopped dill pickle
- 1 tablespoon chopped bell pepper
- 1 large spanish olive, chopped
- 1-2 tablespoon hormel bacon bits with jalapeños
- - cracked black pepper
How To Make kicked-up egg salad

Step 1Cook eggs covered in simmering water for 10-12 minutes, remove from heat for 5 minutes, then place eggs in cold water for 10 minutes before peeling. Remove shells and mash eggs with a fork in a mixing bowl.

Step 2Stir in mayonnaise, mustard, finely chopped vegetables, and jalapeño bacon bits. Season with cracked pepper as desired. Refrigerate if not eating immediately.
