Ingredients
- 4 cups watermelon, medium dice
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes, red and yellow, cut in half
- 2 cups english cucumber, peeled, small dice
- 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 2 tablespoons dill, torn
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- - salt and pepper to taste
How To Make greek watermelon salad

Step 1In a big bowl combine watermelon, tomatoes, cucumber, feta cheese and dill.

Step 2In a small bowl whisk oil, vinegar, garlic powder and onion powder. Season with the salt and pepper to taste.

Step 3Drizzle half the dressing over the salad and mix gently. Add the rest of the dressing to taste and gently mix again.

Step 4Chill at least half an hour or up to 4 hours.
