A nice change for a salad and would go with any meal!

Ingredients

  • 4 cups watermelon, medium dice
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes, red and yellow, cut in half
  • 2 cups english cucumber, peeled, small dice
  • 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 2 tablespoons dill, torn
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • - salt and pepper to taste

How To Make greek watermelon salad

  • Step 1
    In a big bowl combine watermelon, tomatoes, cucumber, feta cheese and dill.
  • Step 2
    In a small bowl whisk oil, vinegar, garlic powder and onion powder. Season with the salt and pepper to taste.
  • Step 3
    Drizzle half the dressing over the salad and mix gently. Add the rest of the dressing to taste and gently mix again.
  • Step 4
    Chill at least half an hour or up to 4 hours.
