Ingredients
- 1 can garbanzos,drained, rinsed
- 1 - ripe tomato (chopped)
- 1/2 - peeled english cukecumber (chopped)
- 1/2 - red onion (chopped)
- 1/8 cup good olive oil
- 1 clove garlic (minced)
- - juice from 1 lemon
- teaspoon dill, dried
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- - feta cheese
How To Make garbanzo bean salad

Step 1In a medium bowl mix beans,tomato,cukes,and red onion. In a separate bowl, mix, oil, lemon juice, garlic,salt ,pepper, and dill together. Pour over bean mixture,sprinkle with Feta.

Step 2Let chill for at least a 1/2 hour before serving.
