- 3 - tomatoes
- 2 - avocados
- 1 - cucumber
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1 - juice of one lemon
- - black pepper
How To Make cucumber avocado salad

Step 1Wash and cut tomatoes into bite size pieces

Step 2Peel and chop avacado

Step 3Wash and peel cucumber. Slice in half lengthwise, then chop into bite size pieces.

Step 4Place chopped tomatoes, avocados, cucumber in a salad bowl. Sprinkle with balsamic vinegar and lemon juice, then lightly mix with tongs. Add fresh ground black pepper on top, and serve.
