- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon caraway seeds

- 1 small head cabbage, cored and thinly sliced, about 6 cups
- 2 - carrots, grated
- 1 cup golden raisins
- 6 - green onions, thinly sliced
How To Make coleslaw with caraway and raisins

Step 1In a large bowl, whisk together sour cream, vinegar, caraway seed, 1/2 t. salt and 1/4 t. pepper. Add the cabbage, green onions, carrots and raisins and toss to coat. Makes 4 servings.
