  • 3 1/2 small
    ripe tomatoes
  • 6 oz
    fresh mozzarella cheese
  • 4 Tbsp
    extra virgin coconut oil
  • 1 tsp
    balsamic vinegar
  • Four
    basil leaves (fresh)
  • pinch
    sea salt and black pepper to taste

How to Make Caprese Salad


  1. Wash and slice the tomatoes into half moon slices
  2. Slice the mozzarella into cube pieces
  3. Arrange the tomatoes and cheese on a dish and sprinkle with basil
  4. wrap the dish and refridgerate for 30 mins
  5. Now to make the dressing: in a small mixing bowl whisk the salt, pepper, vinegar and coconut oil together until well blended then remove dish from fridge apply the dressing and serve enjoy
