- 6 ounces fresh mozzarella cheese
- 4 tablespoons extra virgin coconut oil
- 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
- Four - basil leaves (fresh)
- pinch sea salt and black pepper to taste
How To Make caprese salad

Step 1Wash and slice the tomatoes into half moon slices

Step 2Slice the mozzarella into cube pieces

Step 3Arrange the tomatoes and cheese on a dish and sprinkle with basil

Step 4wrap the dish and refridgerate for 30 mins

Step 5Now to make the dressing: in a small mixing bowl whisk the salt, pepper, vinegar and coconut oil together until well blended then remove dish from fridge apply the dressing and serve enjoy
