Ingredients

  • 12 ounces broccolini
  • 2 cups button mushrooms, fresh, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 - scallion, thinly sliced
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons toasted sesame oil
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • - salt and pepper, to taste

How To Make broccolini, mushroom and sesame salad

  • Step 1
    Blanch broccolini until bright green, 2 minutes.
  • Step 2
    Drain and transfer to a large bowl. Add all remaining ingredients.
  • Step 3
    Toss and serve.
