Ingredients
- 12 ounces broccolini
- 2 cups button mushrooms, fresh, sliced
- 2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 - scallion, thinly sliced
- 1 1/2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 1/2 tablespoons toasted sesame oil
- 1 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce
- - salt and pepper, to taste
How To Make broccolini, mushroom and sesame salad

Step 1Blanch broccolini until bright green, 2 minutes.

Step 2Drain and transfer to a large bowl. Add all remaining ingredients.
