  • 12 oz
  • 2 c
    button mushrooms, fresh, sliced
  • 2 Tbsp
    toasted sesame seeds
  • 1/4 tsp
    crushed red pepper
  • 1 clove
    garlic, minced
  • 1
    scallion, thinly sliced
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp
    apple cider vinegar
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp
    toasted sesame oil
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp
    soy sauce
  • ·
    salt and pepper, to taste

How to Make Broccolini, Mushroom and Sesame Salad


  1. Blanch broccolini until bright green, 2 minutes.
  2. Drain and transfer to a large bowl. Add all remaining ingredients.
  3. Toss and serve.
