Ingredients

  • 2-3
    heads of broccoli cut into small bite-sized pieces
  • 1 c
    raisins
  • 1/2 c
    salted sunflower seeds
  • 1
    red pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 c
    red onion, chopped
  • DRESSING

  • 1 c
    non-fat mayo
  • 1/2 c
    sugar
  • 2 Tbsp
    white vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp
    curry powder or to taste

How to Make Broccoli Salad

Step-by-Step

  1. Mix all the dressing ingredients and refrigerate the dressing for two hours.
  2. Pour dressing over the salad and mix.
