Ingredients
- 2-3 - heads of broccoli cut into small bite-sized pieces
- 1 cup raisins
- 1/2 cup salted sunflower seeds
- 1 - red pepper, chopped
- 1/2 cup red onion, chopped
- DRESSING
- 1 cup non-fat mayo
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons white vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon curry powder or to taste
How To Make broccoli salad

Step 1Mix all the dressing ingredients and refrigerate the dressing for two hours.

Step 2Pour dressing over the salad and mix.
