Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup fresh spinach
  • 1/2 cup fresh kale, chopped
  • 8 - leaves, fresh basil
  • 1/3 cup jicama, peeled and sliced
  • 1/2 - avocado, sliced
  • 1/2 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • - tajin seasoning (to taste)

How To Make basil and jicama salad

  • Step 1
    Toss spinach, kale, jicama and basil together in medium bowl.
  • Step 2
    Add avocado.
  • Step 3
    Mix together the olive oil and lime juice in a seperate bowl and add mixture to salad.
  • Step 4
    Sprinkle with Tajin.
