Ingredients

  • 1/2 pound medium size macaroni shells
  • 1 cup fresh broccoli flowerets
  • 1/2 cup radishes, sliced
  • 1-12oz can or fresh crabmeat
  • 2 large avocados,peeled,pitted,diced
  • 1/4 cup each sliced green onions,chop parsley
  • 1/2 cup each red and yellow bell peppers in strips
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon each of honey,lemon juice
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon season salt
  • 2 tablespoons dijon mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder with parsley

How To Make avocado & crabmeat salad

  • Step 1
    Cook macaroni till done. Cook broccoli 4 minutes. Drain,combine drained shells,broccoli,radishes, crabmeat, avocados, onions,parsley,peppers, in a large salad bowl.
  • Step 2
    In a small bowl blend remaining ingredients.Toss with salad serve immediately or chill.
