Asian Inspired Slaw

A different twist on Cole Slaw...I love it! Gets better the longer it marinates in the dressing. So, make sure you make it at least 4 hours before serving.

How to Make Asian Inspired Slaw

  1. Mix soy and vinegar together. Set aside.
  2. In a medium bowl, add all other ingredients ( except nuts ) pepper to taste and toss.
  3. Pour dressing over vegetables and toss. I place it in a zip lock baggie and every so often toss it in the bag while chilling.

Refrigerate for a good 4 hours. Before serving toss with roasted peanuts.
