southwestern salad mmb
I am going to try to reproduce the salad dressing at home. It is really flavorful, but still a processed food. I will let you know when I come up with something, but for now, I used a bottled dressing.

- 4 cups lettuce leaves- whatever kind you prefer
- 1/2 can black olives
- 1/2 cup black beans, canned
- 1/2 cup corn kernels, fresh or frozen
- 1/2 - avocado
- 1/2 - plum tomatoes
- - salad dressing

Step 1Slice the olives, avocado and tomatoes.

Step 2Divide everything between two bowls.

Step 3You can use whatever kind of salad dressing you prefer. The choice may make it not vegan. I chose Brianna's homestyle Chipolte cheddar dressing.
