This is my favorite way to make a salad. It can either be a side for a dinner, or a light lunch or snack during the day. It's also very refreshing!

Ingredients

  • - lettuce head
  • - lemon juice
  • - olive oil
  • - fine or coarse sea salt
  • - pepper

How To Make simply fresh and crisp salad

  • Step 1
    Get out the plate you will eat your salad on, and take out the necessary ingredients.
  • Step 2
    Depending on how much salad you want, take out the desired amount of lettuce leaves from the head. Tear it up and spread it evenly on your plate.
  • Step 3
    Pour in lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper to taste. I personally try to keep the olive oil and lemon juice equal in amount, the same with the salt and pepper.
  • Step 4
    Mix the salad well. If you think you want more of a particular ingredient(s), you can do so now.
  • Step 5
    Enjoy!
