This is a quick salad that is great for a light lunch.

    romaine lettuce
  • 2 c
    swiss chard
  • 1/2 c
    smoked turkey, cooked and cubed
  • 1 medium
    cucumber, peeled and sliced
  • 1/2 c
    grape tomatoes
  • 1 medium
    carrot , jullienned
  • 1/4 c
    dried cranberries

How to Make Lettuce/Swiss Chard Lunch Salad


  1. Tear lettuce and chard into bite sized pieces. Place in a large bowl.
  2. Add all other ingredients.
  3. Toss gently. Serve with your favorite dressing.
