- 1/2 - head iceberg lettuce, cut into bite-sized pieces)
- 1/2 cup green bell pepper, chopped
- 1/2 cup celery, chopped
- 1/2 cup green onion, chopped
- 1 package frozen peas, thawed
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 8 slices bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled
