- 2 tablespoons fresh, finely chopped parsley leaves
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped onion

- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/4 cup heavy cream

Step 1In a bowl whisk together mayonnaise, chili sauce, parsley, onion, chives and cayenne. In another bowl with an electric mixer beat the cream until it holds soft peaks and fold into the mayonnaise mixture gently but thoroughly. Makes about 2 cups.
