watermelon, cucumber & feta salad

Ingredients
- 6 cups watermelon, cut into pieces
- 1 - ripe tomato, cut into pieces
- 2-1/22 - english cucumbers, sliced and halved
- 1/2 - vidalia onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 small carton reduced fat feta cheese (1/2 c. approx.)
- 3 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/8 teaspoon sea salt
- 2 tablespoons fresh mint
- 2 tablespoons cilantro
How To Make watermelon, cucumber & feta salad

Step 1Combine first 5 ingredients in a serving bowl.

Step 2Add together lime juice, oil, salt, mint, cilantro; pour over watermelon mixture.

Step 3Toss lightly. Sprinkle additional mint and feta over top, if desired. Chill to blend flavors.
