Ingredients
- 1 package lemon jello
- 1 cup water
- 3 ounces cream cheese
- 8 ounces miniature marshmallows
- 1 - small can crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 cup whipping cream, whipped or 2 cups cool whip or dream whip
- 2 packages cherry or strawberry jello
- 2 cups water
How To Make velvet salad

Step 1Combine first four ingredients in saucepan and dissolve over low heat. Let cool to room temp. Fold in pineapple and whipped cream. Pour into 9 x 13 pan and refrigerate until firm. Prepare red jello and 2 cups water per package directions. Refrigerate until cool and jello starts to get thick. Pour over first layer and refrigerate at least 3 hours or overnight.
