Ingredients
- 6 cups chopped romaine lettuce
- 3 cups quartered fresh strawberries
- 1/2 cup fresh raspberries
- 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
- 1/4 cup cream of coconut
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1 tablespoon dijon style mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger

- - ground black pepper
How To Make triple berry salad

Step 1Place lettuce in a large bowl. Top with strawberries, raspberries and blueberries. Cover and chill for 1 hour. For dressing, in a small bowl whisk together cream of coconut, lemon juice, water, mustard and ginger. Season to taste salt and pepper. Cover and chill until ready to serve. Makes 4 servings.
