I'm sure Grandma got this out of a recipe book but she adopted it as her own, either way it was always my favorite.

Ingredients
- 4 cups tart apples( diced)
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- dash salt
- ! cup celery (diced)
- 1 cup walnuts (chopped)
- 1 cup red grapes(halved)
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup whipping cream(whipped)
How To Make grandma's waldorf salad

Step 1Sprinkle apples with sugar, lemon juice, and salt.

Step 2Add celery, grapes and nuts.

Step 3Fold mayonnaise into whipping cream.

Step 4Gently fold into apple mixture. Chill serve.
