How to Make Fruit and veggie salad

Step-by-Step

  • 1Wash all veggies and fruit in vinegar and water solution. Soak for 10 minutes and rinse.
  • 2Remove peelings from any non organic fruit or veggie.
  • 3Dice cucumber, carrot, pear and apple. Top with raisins.
  • 4Add more ingredients if you chose. I added 2 tbsp of raw peanut butter to this quick breakfast.
