How to Make Fruit and veggie salad


  1. Wash all veggies and fruit in vinegar and water solution. Soak for 10 minutes and rinse.
  2. Remove peelings from any non organic fruit or veggie.
  3. Dice cucumber, carrot, pear and apple. Top with raisins.
  4. Add more ingredients if you chose. I added 2 tbsp of raw peanut butter to this quick breakfast.
