Ingredients
- 1 - apples, granny smith
- 1 - carrot
- 1/2 - cucumber
- 1/2 - pear
- handful - raisins
How To Make fruit and veggie salad

Step 1Wash all veggies and fruit in vinegar and water solution. Soak for 10 minutes and rinse.

Step 2Remove peelings from any non organic fruit or veggie.

Step 3Dice cucumber, carrot, pear and apple. Top with raisins.

Step 4Add more ingredients if you chose. I added 2 tbsp of raw peanut butter to this quick breakfast.
