Ingredients
- 1 - orange
- 2 cups fresh cranberries
- 1-1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 - apple, chopped
- 1 stalk celery chopped
- 1 small pkg. lemon jello
How To Make fresh cranberry salad

Step 1Peel orange. Discard white membrane. Put cranberries and orange rind through food chopper. Cover with sugar; let stand until sugar is dissolved. Add apple and celery. Dissolve jello in 1 1/2 cups hot water; chill until thickened. Add fruit mixture. Pour into ring mold. Chill until firm. Makes 10 servings.
