Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup fat-free, plain greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 3 tablespoons light mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
  • 1-1/2 teaspoon dried tarragon
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 10 cups organic mixed greens
  • 1 large sweet apple, washed, cubed
  • 1 cup sliced radishes
  • 3/4 cup chopped ham
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans

How To Make creamy ham salad w/ apple

  • Step 1
    In lg bowl, whisk together yogurt, parmesan cheese, mayonnaise, vinegar, tarragon, pepper and salt.
  • Step 2
    Add greens, apple, radishes, ham and pecans. Toss to coat.
