- 1 cup dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup almonds, slivered toasted
- 2 cups lowfat vanilla yogurt

Step 1Core and chop unpeeled apples. Place chopped apples into a large bowl. Mix in cranberries, almonds and yogurt. Blend well and serve.
