Ingredients

  • 1
    20 oz pkg frozen cheese tortellini
  • 1 c
    light sour cream
  • 1 c
    light mayonnaise
  • 1
    pkg, dry ranch dressing mix
  • 2 c
    cooked, diced chicken
  • 1
    12 oz jar sliced roasted red peppers, drained
  • 6
    scallions, sliced
  • 1/4 c
    chopped fresh basil

How to Make Tortellini and chicken salad

Step-by-Step

  1. Cook tortellini as directed, drain, cool. In lg bowl, whisk together sour cream, mayonnaise and ranch dressing.
  2. Add cooled tortellini, chicken, red peppers, scallions and basil. Toss to combine.
