    chicken breast filets
  • 1/2 Tbsp
    garlic in jar
  • 1/2 Tbsp
    ginger powder
  • 2 c
    peanuts, dry roasted
  • 3 c
    peanut butter- real spread no preservatives

How to Make Peanut Ginger Garlic Chicken


  1. defrost chicken breasts
    Make peanut sauce:
    3 cups real peanut butter spread (no salt, no fat)
    4 tablespoons sodium free Soy sauce
  2. Add any veggies you want: the stir fry kind:
    sugar snap peas, water chestnuts, bean sprouts broccoli etc,
  3. pan fry or bake chicken breasts until cooked
    then chop up to small pieces
