  • 4 - chicken breast filets
  • 1/2 tablespoon garlic in jar
  • 1/2 tablespoon ginger powder
  • 2 cups peanuts, dry roasted
  • 3 cups peanut butter- real spread no preservatives

How To Make peanut ginger garlic chicken

  • Step 1
    defrost chicken breasts Make peanut sauce: 3 cups real peanut butter spread (no salt, no fat) 4 tablespoons sodium free Soy sauce
  • Step 2
    Add any veggies you want: the stir fry kind: sugar snap peas, water chestnuts, bean sprouts broccoli etc,
  • Step 3
    pan fry or bake chicken breasts until cooked then chop up to small pieces
