chicken salad melt gluten free

It is a great way to sneak extra veggies in for my kid's they do not even know that it has it in there they gobble it up so fast!!! ;)

Ingredients

  • 2 12.5 cans all whiten chicken or any chicken you have left over
  • 1/4 cup carrots, chopped i use the shoe string carrots and chop them up
  • 1/4 cup chopped celery
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 2 tablespoons fage yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise, light
  • 2 tablespoons of ranch dressing
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
  • 1to 12 slices of bread any brand i use gluten free
  • 1/2 slice smoked gouda cheese to top if you like any other cheese will do but my family love's the smokeyness of it
  • 1to3 sprig of fresh spinach

How To Make chicken salad melt gluten free

  • Step 1
    You will need 2 mixing bowl's,spoon and measuring spoons & your 1/4 cup.
  • Step 2
    Chop all your veggie's throw them in your bowl.In your other bowl add you mayo,fage,ranch and your pepper.you can add salt if you would like I never do I think it has enough salt but that's just me lol you can ad what ever you like or substitute for the stuff you like for you and your Family mix until it is all smooth and creamy add to your veggies and mix well
  • Step 3
    take a piece of bread put spinach on the bread your chicken salad on top and your 1/2 piece of Gouda put in your oven at 350 for 10 min and enjoy :)
