One of my Mothers favorites, Her Oma made for her as a child growing up in Germany, then her mother (my Oma) made it for us (me and my brothers) when we were there on Summer vacations in Berchtesgaden

- 1 - ring bologna
- 1 - red pepper
- 1 - sweet onion
- 4 - tomatoes
- 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 11/2 tablespoons magi seasoning
- - salt and pepper to taste
How To Make wurstsalat (oma's best)

Step 1peel outer skin from bologna . slice bologna , red pepper , onion & tomatoes into a big bowl

Step 2add olive oil ,vinegar, magi, salt & pepper mix well

Step 3Refrigerate at least one hour before serving!
