1-1 1/2 cmao any type, add or subtract to your own taste
1/2 cdiced onions
1 pkgdry itlian dressing
1/2 coil, any kind
How to Make Roasted Potato Salad
- dice up your potato's. cover them with the oil and spread on baking sheet. and bake under the broiler for 20 min, stiring half time. you want a nice toasted color. and cool.
- dice you onions and celery and bacon. set aside.
- when the potato's are cooled mix in the diced veggies, bacon and dry itlian and mao. stir untill just mixed.
- store in the frig. it taste the best same day. and better the next
