Ingredients
- 2-3 pounds diced red skin potato's
- 1 cup cooked and dice bacon, i use the real bacon in the jar to save time.
- 1-1 1/2 cups mao any type, add or subtract to your own taste
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 1 cup celery
- 1 package dry itlian dressing
- 1/2 cup oil, any kind
How To Make roasted potato salad

Step 1dice up your potato's. cover them with the oil and spread on baking sheet. and bake under the broiler for 20 min, stiring half time. you want a nice toasted color. and cool.

Step 2dice you onions and celery and bacon. set aside.

Step 3when the potato's are cooled mix in the diced veggies, bacon and dry itlian and mao. stir untill just mixed.

Step 4store in the frig. it taste the best same day. and better the next
