Yes I know everyone makes potato salad and the recipes are mostly the same. Over the years I have tweeked mine to this recipe. Any time I am invited to a picnic I am asked to bring it. My ex's all want the recipe. Now you have it.

Ingredients

  • 6-8 - large potatoes, skinned and cut in 1 inch chunks
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 - onion, chopped
  • 1-2 - stalks celery, diced
  • 1 - green pepper, diced
  • 1/4 teaspoon white vinegar
  • 1-3 tablespoon horse radish sauce
  • - hellmens mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons yellow mustard
  • - salt and fresh ground pepper

How To Make my potato salad

  • Step 1
    put cut potatoes and eggs in water and bring to boil. cook until potatoes are done.
  • Step 2
    drain and take out eggs. Pour vinegar over potatoes. Break the shells off the eggs and chop. add to potatoes. add onions, celery, and green pepper. Put in fridge to cool
  • Step 3
    Once cool add mayonnaise, mustard, horse radish sauce, and fold together. add salt and fresh ground pepper to taste. serve or refriderate until ready to serve.
