Ingredients

  • 4-6 large
    russet potatoes peeled, diced, and boiled
  • 6-8 large
    hard-boiled eggs, diced
  • 1 c
    chopped dill pickles
  • 1 medium
    onion, chopped
  • 1 c
    chopped celery
  • 2-3 Tbsp
    prepared mustard
  • 3/4-1 c
    mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1/4 tsp
    pepper

How to Make Mustard Potato Salad

Step-by-Step

  1. Put all ingredients in large bowl. Mix well.
  2. Adjust seasoning as needed. May need more mustard, salt, pepper, or mayonnaise
  3. Refrigerate until cold. Overnight is best for flavors to blend. Enjoy.
