- 10 medium potatoes
- 1 pound bacon, diced
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 3/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 small onion, diced

Step 1Boil potatoes with jackets on. Fry bacon until crisp. Remive bacon from pan and add flour. vinegar, sugar, salt and onion to bacon grease. Boil slowly for 5-10 minutes. Peel and slice potatoes, add bacon pieces and pour above mixture over all. Serve hot. Makes 6-8 servings.
