Ingredients

  • 10 md
    potatoes
  • 1 lb
    bacon, diced
  • 1 Tbsp
    flour
  • 1/4 c
    vinegar
  • 3/4 c
    water
  • 1/4 c
    sugar
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1 sm
    onion, diced

How To Make

  • 1
    Boil potatoes with jackets on. Fry bacon until crisp. Remive bacon from pan and add flour. vinegar, sugar, salt and onion to bacon grease. Boil slowly for 5-10 minutes. Peel and slice potatoes, add bacon pieces and pour above mixture over all. Serve hot. Makes 6-8 servings.
