My mother always made this recipe. Sometimes she added onions, but my family thinks it tastes better without. It is so easy to make and tastes so good. Every time we have a family get together , I am asked to bring this along.

- 5-6 large yellow potatoes, boiled and mashed
- 5 - hard boiled eggs chopped
- 1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
- 1 can luncheon meat, mashed
