- 1 cup celery, diced
- 4 - green onions
- 6 - eggs, hard boiled
- 3 tablespoons safflower mayo
- 8 ounces tofu
- 1/2 cup egg salad dressing
- 2 teaspoons chopped pimentoes

Step 2EGG SALAD DRESSING: 3 HARD BOILED EGGS 2 TSPS. WATER 3 TSPS. APPLE CIDER VINEGAR 2 TSPS. LEMON JUICE DASH SALT DASH PEPPER DASH ONION AND GARLIC POWDER
