Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cooked low carb elbow macroni
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 2 large tomatoes, beef steak or vine ripened
  • 4 tablespoons reduced fat mayo
  • 2 cups spinach

How To Make ww blt macaroni salad

  • Step 1
    cook the macaroni until tender drain and rinse with cold water and put it in the fridge.
  • Step 2
    cook the turkey bacon till it is crisp. I use the microwave then break it up into small bitesize pieces.
  • Step 3
    Chop tomato into bite size pieces and stir into the cooled macaroni
  • Step 4
    combine the bacon spinach and the mayo and mix till it is coated...salt and pepper and serve.
