Ingredients

  • 8 oz
    cooked low carb elbow macroni
  • 4 slice
    turkey bacon
  • 2 large
    tomatoes, beef steak or vine ripened
  • 4 Tbsp
    reduced fat mayo
  • 2 c
    spinach

How to Make WW BLT Macaroni Salad

Step-by-Step

  1. cook the macaroni until tender drain and rinse with cold water and put it in the fridge.
  2. cook the turkey bacon till it is crisp. I use the microwave then break it up into small bitesize pieces.
  3. Chop tomato into bite size pieces and stir into the cooled macaroni
  4. combine the bacon spinach and the mayo and mix till it is coated...salt and pepper and serve.
