cooked low carb elbow macroni
4 slice
turkey bacon
2 large
tomatoes, beef steak or vine ripened
4 Tbsp
reduced fat mayo
2 c
spinach

How to Make WW BLT Macaroni Salad

Step-by-Step

  • 1cook the macaroni until tender drain and rinse with cold water and put it in the fridge.
  • 2cook the turkey bacon till it is crisp. I use the microwave then break it up into small bitesize pieces.
  • 3Chop tomato into bite size pieces and stir into the cooled macaroni
  • 4combine the bacon spinach and the mayo and mix till it is coated...salt and pepper and serve.
