Ingredients

6 largetomatoes cut into bite size chunks
-
4 mediumcucumbers peeled cut into bite size chunks
-
2 mediumsweet onions diced
-
1 jar 12 ozsliced green olives with pimentoes drained
-
1/2 cbanana peppers diced
-
1 tspfresh garlic in the jar
-
1 tsplemon pepper
-
1 ccheese, shredded your choice
-
1-13.25oz boxpenne pasta whole grain or your choice
-
1 citalian salad dressing
How to Make Tomato Cucumber Pasta Salad
- Prepare pasta by directions on box, Do not over-cook the pasta. Drain well, rinse with cold water untill cool to the touch.Place pasta in large bowl. Add garlic,lemon pepper mix well till pasta is coated.
- Add the prepared tomatoes,cucumbers,onions,olives,banana peppers,italian dressing(add less or more dressing to your taste) and toss till mixed and coated well with dressing. Do not add shredded cheese till salad has been placed into serving bowl.Cheese tends to get soggy and pale when mixed in the salad and placed in the refrigerator, caused from moisture.
- Cover tightly with lid,place in refrigerator chill for 1 hour before serving.
