This pasta salad is great anytime but for me, it’s a summertime must have. Great for BBQs, picnics, or a side dish. It’s always a hit when I make it. Hope you enjoy!

Ingredients
- 1 pound bow tie pasta
- 1 pound fresh mozzarella cubed
- 1/2 cup olive oil, extra virgin
- 5-6 bunches fresh basil leaves
- 1 cup parmesan grated cheese
- 1 cup grape tomatoes

How To Make pasta salad

Step 1Two or three days before you plan to make the salad, add the fresh basil to your cup of extra virgin olive oil and let them soak together.

Step 2Boil your pasta and when done rinse with cold water

Step 3In a large bowl add your cubed fresh mozzarella, grated cheese and grape tomatoes

Step 4Add your cooked pasta and pour the oil and basil in bowl and mix well.
