Ingredients For shrimp pasta salad

  • 4 c
    uncooked small pasta shells
  • 1 lb
    cooked small shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 1/2 c
    frozen peas, thawed
  • 1/2 c
    thinly sliced green onions
  • 1/2 c
    minced fresh parsley
  • 2/3 c
    matonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp
    lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp
    minced fresh dill
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt
  • 1/4 tsp
    pepper

How To Make shrimp pasta salad

  • 1
    Cook pasta according to pkg. directions; drain and rinse in cold water. In a large bowl, combine shrimp, peas, green onions and parsley. Stir in pasta. In a small bowl, combine remaining ingredients, pour over pasta mixture and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Makes 6 servings.
