Wow, This recipe amazes me every time.. So full of Favor (bacon ) of course. Good cold or warm.. Make this to one of your Potlucks or Family Picnic.. It will need and Encore Performance...

Ingredients
- 8 slices thick apple bacon/ 2 tbsp bacon fat reserved
- 12 ounces rotelle pasta
- 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/8 tablespoon chili peppers
- 10 - cherry tomatoes halved
- 1 1/2 cups mayo
- 3 - eggs chopped
- 1/2 cup chopped red onion
- 1/4 cup chopped green bell peppers
- 3 tablespoons ranch dressing (optional)
- - salt to taste
How To Make savory bacon pasta salad

Step 1Boil pasta as directed on package or box. Rinse with cold water, towel dry or i put mine in a Tupperware salad spinner to get the excess water off..

Step 2Cook bacon until crisp, drain, crumble and keep 2-3 tablespoons. Combine the mayo, mustard, ranch dressing and bacon fat and mixture well. "Tip add just enough bacon fat for favor, or your liking"..Cut and add all the veggies and eggs, then put in a med bowl set aside.

Step 3Layer the ingredients in a bowl to make sure ever bite has something. Little dressing, Pasta, veggie mixture, and so on until nor ingredients are left.. Dont mix bacon until time to serve. Because the bacon will be soft... Chill for up to not limited to one hour...
