Wow, This recipe amazes me every time.. So full of Favor (bacon ) of course. Good cold or warm.. Make this to one of your Potlucks or Family Picnic.. It will need and Encore Performance...

Ingredients For savory bacon pasta salad

  • 8 slice
    thick apple bacon/ 2 tbsp bacon fat reserved
  • 12 oz
    rotelle pasta
  • 1 Tbsp
    dijon mustard
  • 1/4 tsp
    black pepper
  • 1/8 Tbsp
    chili peppers
  • 10
    cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 1/2 c
    mayo
  • 3
    eggs chopped
  • 1/2 c
    chopped red onion
  • 1/4 c
    chopped green bell peppers
  • 3 Tbsp
    ranch dressing (optional)
  • salt to taste

How To Make savory bacon pasta salad

    Boil pasta as directed on package or box. Rinse with cold water, towel dry or i put mine in a Tupperware salad spinner to get the excess water off..

    Cook bacon until crisp, drain, crumble and keep 2-3 tablespoons. Combine the mayo, mustard, ranch dressing and bacon fat and mixture well. "Tip add just enough bacon fat for favor, or your liking"..Cut and add all the veggies and eggs, then put in a med bowl set aside.

    Layer the ingredients in a bowl to make sure ever bite has something. Little dressing, Pasta, veggie mixture, and so on until nor ingredients are left.. Dont mix bacon until time to serve. Because the bacon will be soft... Chill for up to not limited to one hour...
