Ingredients For rosa's macaroni and tuna salad

  • 1 box 16 box
    penne pasta,rigatti
  • 1 c
    mayanaise
  • 1 lg
    red peper ,minced
  • 1 md
    onion,choped very small
  • MACARONI SALAD W/ TUNA
  • 1 boulion cube
  • 1 can
    red pimentos
  • 2 Tbsp
    salt
  • 1/2 tsp
    black pepper
  • 2 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 2 carrots
    shreded

How To Make rosa's macaroni and tuna salad

    in a medium size pot boil water ,,mean while chop onions, shred carrots and chop red pepper, also chop pimento. in a sauce pan ,add olive oil heat oil,add chopped onion ,pepper and pimento ,also carrots add black pepper ,only'' saute for 5 minutes stirring, put aside ,cook macaroni till aldente or a little more , but don't over cook. rinse macaroni immidiately put in a bowl ,add saute'onions ext. also add tuna and mayonaise, stir with wooden spoon slowly a few times ,add salt if nesesary oh'' chop eggs and add also and stir,cook the eggs with macaroni. serves around 6 or 7 serve with chicken. and vegetables.
