ramen noodle salad
I tasted this at my oldest daughters baby shower a few years back. After a little begging for the recipe,I now use it as either a light lunch, or a quick side for cookouts.

Ingredients
- 16 ounces bagged cole slaw mix
- 3 packages oriental flavor raman noodles, broken up
- 1 bunch green onions, chopped
- 2/3 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/2 cup almonds, slivered
- 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1/2 cup olive oil, extra virgin
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 3 packages seasoning from the noodles
How To Make ramen noodle salad

Step 11.Combine salad ingredients in large bowl.

Step 22.Mix vinegar, oil, sugar, pepper and seasoning packets and toss with salad let sit for about 30 minutes before serving.
