A great salad to serve with your favorite grilled meat. Feel free to add optional ingredients listed in the recipe or add anything you wish.

white vinegar (or red/white wine vinegar)
chopped fresh basil (or 2 tsp. dried)
chopped green onions
grated parmesan cheese
uncooked rainbow rotini (spiral pasta)
red or green bell pepper, cut into 1/4 inch strips (can use two different color peppers if you wish)
tomato, cut into wedges
feta cheese, crumbled (1 1/4 cups)
additional ingredients if you wish: olives, artichoke hearts, red onion or anything you wish to add
How To Make
In a jar with a tight-fitting lid, combine all dressing ingredients; shake well. Set aside.
Cook rotini to desired doneness as directed on package. Drain; rinse with cold water.
In a large bowl, combine cooked rotini and remaining salad ingredients. Pour dressing over salad; toss gently to coat. Serve immediately
