A great salad to serve with your favorite grilled meat. Feel free to add optional ingredients listed in the recipe or add anything you wish.

Ingredients
- DRESSING
- 3 tablespoons white vinegar (or red/white wine vinegar)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil (or 2 tsp. dried)
- 2 tablespoons chopped green onions
- 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
- SALAD
- 3 cups uncooked rainbow rotini (spiral pasta)
- 1 medium red or green bell pepper, cut into 1/4 inch strips (can use two different color peppers if you wish)
- 1 medium tomato, cut into wedges
- 6 ounces feta cheese, crumbled (1 1/4 cups)
- - additional ingredients if you wish: olives, artichoke hearts, red onion or anything you wish to add
How To Make pasta salad - greek-style

Step 1In a jar with a tight-fitting lid, combine all dressing ingredients; shake well. Set aside.

Step 2Cook rotini to desired doneness as directed on package. Drain; rinse with cold water.

Step 3In a large bowl, combine cooked rotini and remaining salad ingredients. Pour dressing over salad; toss gently to coat. Serve immediately
