Pasta Salad - Greek-Style

A great salad to serve with your favorite grilled meat. Feel free to add optional ingredients listed in the recipe or add anything you wish.

  • 3 Tbsp
    white vinegar (or red/white wine vinegar)
  • 1 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 1/4 c
    chopped fresh basil (or 2 tsp. dried)
  • 2 Tbsp
    chopped green onions
  • 2 Tbsp
    grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp
  • 1/4 tsp
    black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp
    dried oregano

  • 3 c
    uncooked rainbow rotini (spiral pasta)
  • 1 medium
    red or green bell pepper, cut into 1/4 inch strips (can use two different color peppers if you wish)
  • 1 medium
    tomato, cut into wedges
  • 6 oz
    feta cheese, crumbled (1 1/4 cups)
  • ·
    additional ingredients if you wish: olives, artichoke hearts, red onion or anything you wish to add

How to Make Pasta Salad - Greek-Style


  1. In a jar with a tight-fitting lid, combine all dressing ingredients; shake well. Set aside.
  2. Cook rotini to desired doneness as directed on package. Drain; rinse with cold water.
  3. In a large bowl, combine cooked rotini and remaining salad ingredients. Pour dressing over salad; toss gently to coat. Serve immediately
