My sons love this recipe. It is healthy, fresh, crunchy, great cold salad for the warm summer months. Just add any meats of your choice and you have a simple meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound box of campanelle pasta
  • 1 bottle italian salad dressing, nonfat
  • 1 package peas, frozen
  • 1 large colored pepper
  • 1 large carrot, shredded
  • 1 bunch broccoli, bunch-chopped
  • 2 sticks celery-diced
  • 1 small head cauliflower-chopped
  • 1 large cucumber- diced

How To Make pasta salad

  • Step 1
    Prepare pasta according to package.Drain, rinse with cold water, drain. Add Italian dressing, stir. Add vegetables, stir. Keep refrigerated.
