My mom gave me this recipe and she s not sure where it came from but its delicious when cold its even better if you let it sit over night. Its perfect to take to bbq's picnics because there is no mayonnaise in it . its cool and refreshing on a hot summer day!

Ingredients
- 1 can chunk pineapple
- 1 box tri-colored rotini pasta
- 1 package sugar snap peas
- 1 package sliced carrots
- 1 bottle zesty italian dressing
How To Make pasta salad

Step 1Cook pasta according to package directions drain and rinse in cold water set aside

Step 2Mix together carrots, sugar snap peas, and can of pineapple put in the pasta stirring all ingredients together then add whole bottle of italian dressing. toss until the dressing and the vegetables are mixed together

Step 3refrigerate for 1 hour or until chilled much better if chilled overnight
