I like inventing different salads for our neighborhood BBQ's, I came up with this when I found a package of pepperoni , I had purchased to make pizza and never got around to making it .
You can add more or less of the ingredients depending on your tastes. I make this the night before and just before serving I put the dressing on .This gives the ingredients a chance to mingle, without getting soggy.

Ingredients

  • 11/2 box
    of colored spiral macaroni
  • 1
    green ,red and yellow pepper
  • 1 can(s)
    black olives
  • 2 pkg
    grape size tomatoes
  • 1 pkg
    pepperoni
  • 3 bunch
    green onions
  • 1 large pkg
    cubed mozzarella
  • 2 c
    chopped fresh mushrooms
  • 1 bottle
    sun dried tomato vinaigrette

How to Make My Pizza Salad

Step-by-Step

  1. Cook macaroni as directed
    Chop peppers and onions to bite size
    Drain the black olives and slice in half
    Mix everything together in a large bowl
    Save a few pepperoni to place on top for decoration
